The Seattle International Film Festival runs May 17 - June 10, 2012.  The festival usually offers 1-4 Norwegian language films.  Check their site closer to the festival date for this year's offerings. 

The Scandinavian Language Institute shows two Scandinavian-language films per quarter at the Nordic Heritage Museum in Ballard - open to the general public.
