Do you long for the taste of fresh lefse?  Not the stuff you can get in some stores around here - I'm talking about the real thing.  The Uff Da Shoppe  in Stanwood receives deliveries of fresh lefse on Fridays.  Norsk Seattle visited the Shoppe on a recent Friday and picked some up.  The taste was delicious and very fresh!
