T he seventeenth of May will soon be here - do you know where your bunad or nice suit is?  Norwegian constitution day is a day to dress up and celebrate!  If you have little ones, it's time to look at whether or not you need to lengthen their bunads to the right size or find new black shoes to fit their growing feet.  Perhaps you celebrate the day by baking hjerte vaffler for your co-workers or by turning on your favorite Norwegian CD.  If you're like us, you might start the celebrations with a visit to Poulsbo (a.k.a. Little Norway) over the weekend to enjoy the Viking Fest parade on May 15 or the lutefisk eating contest on May 16.  If you're in the Seattle area, be sure to take in Ballard's 17th of May parade and related festivities!
